This program is built around 70.3 and can easily be scaled down to Olympic and Sprint distance.
Phases of training:
-Base Building: Focusing on aerobic efficiency and durability. Strength: stability and hypertrophy
Power/Threshold: Building Strength in gym, on the bike, and touching on tempo for runs.
Speed: Building the top end of the engine and that explosiveness in the gym
Deload weeks are every 4th week
Hyrox Training
This programming runs in phases of training throughout the year. Any member can request to be added to the race prep schedule when needed, which is a 6week prep.
